Breast Augmentation
Dr. Klatsky makes use of the most advanced techniques and safest implants available to create a bustline that is closer to your ideal shape. His office offers special garments that hold the implants in place, to give you an idea of the possibilities for your figure. Dr. Klatsky offers saline implants to all of his patients, as well as silicone implants to some breast reconstruction patients, or those who satisfy FDA criteria for a clinical trial.
Breast Reduction / Lift
Very heavy or pendulous breasts can represent more than simply an aesthetic problem. If you have disproportionately large breasts, you may be dealing with severe back, neck, and shoulder pain as a result of carrying so much weight on your chest. Even women with smaller breasts may experience sagging due to the effects of childbirth, breastfeeding, or the passage of time.
With a mastopexy (breast lift) or a breast reduction, or a combination of the two, Dr. Klatsky can re-shape your bustline, bringing it into better proportion with the rest of your body. Liposuction
Dr. Klatsky is skilled in several types of liposuction procedures and offers his patients several options for their surgery. Two of the most effective methods of liposuction are the tumescent method and the ultrasound-assisted method. Both are useful for different body types and situations, and Dr. Klatsky will discuss with you during your initial complimentary consultation which procedure is right for you.
Tumescent Liposuction
This procedure involves the injection of a mixture of saline, a local anesthetic, and adrenaline into the area to be treated. The volume of the mixture injected is roughly equivalent to that of the fat to be removed. The saline is absorbed by the body naturally, and the adrenaline serves to shrink the surrounding blood vessels during the procedure. Bruising is kept to a minimum by the tumescent technique.
Ultrasound-assisted Liposuction
This groundbreaking technique utilizes high-frequency sound waves to liquefy the fat to be removed. Only the fat tissue is affected by the ultrasound, leaving the rest of the tissue virtually unaffected. This technique allows a lower level of suction to be used to remove the fat, as it is loosened by the sound waves.
Abdominoplasty
Also known as tummy tuck, abdominoplasty tightens stomach muscles and tissue and removes excess skin and fat, giving the abdomen a flatter, smoother look. Abdominoplasty is not an alternative to weight loss and cannot be used for major weight reduction. However, it may be ideal for removing small pockets of fat that have not responded to diet and exercise, or that remain following major bariatric surgery. Facelift
Facelift surgery is one of the most effective methods of turning back the clock on the signs of aging. Wrinkles and sagging occur naturally as the face loses some of its elasticity and pliability. A facelift subtly removes excess skin and fat from around the face and tightens the muscles. The incisions are made above the hairline, so the small scars left by the procedure are hidden from view.

Blepharoplasty/Brow Lift
Over time, skin loses elasticity and begins to sag. Although this effect is more noticeable on some areas of the body than others, it can profoundly influence your overall appearance. In some cases, the effect can be more than simply cosmetic; a drooping brow, for instance, may not only make you look more tired and sluggish than you are, but it can also obscure your vision if the droop is pronounced enough.

Laser Skin Resurfacing

Restylane® Therapy and Lip Augmentation
Restylane® therapy is based on hyaluronic acid, a substance found naturally in the human body. Hyaluronic acid helps to lubricate the interior of the skin and adds elasticity to the tissue. Over time, however, hyaluronic acid breaks down, and its effects are diminished. Restylane® treatments replenish this substance, as well as give added fullness to smooth lines and wrinkles, results that typically last between six and nine months.
BOTOX® Cosmetic
BOTOX® Cosmetic has revolutionized facial rejuvenation. During BOTOX® treatments, very small amounts of botulinum toxin are injected into the skin to relax the facial muscles that cause wrinkles.
